Due to the artistic nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on performed services. Additionally, per manufacturer policies, all extension sales are final.

CHILDREN

While I love children, to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience for you—and the best results for your hair—we kindly ask that you arrange childcare prior to your appointment. This allows us to focus entirely on your hair goals without distractions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Amethyst Salon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items, including clothing and accessories.

All hair color formulas are the intellectual property of Amethyst Salon LLC

By entering into our facility you are agreeing with these policies.

PRICES

Prices listed online are starting prices and may change without notice. Each service is priced individually and also with a haircut option. All services listed in the description are included in the price, and opting out of an included service (such as a toner) will not result in a discount. Thank you for your understanding!

CANCELLATIONS

We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.  

*We reserve the right to deny appointments for clients who have previously no-showed or have excessively canceled or rescheduled.

LATE ARRIVALS

Clients arriving late may have their services adjusted to fit the remaining appointment time or may choose to reschedule for a $25 rescheduling fee.

REDOS

If you aren’t completely satisfied, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment, and we will do everything we can to find a solution.  

Redo services must be scheduled and performed within 14 days of your original appointment.
